Service Description

In this Slow Flow Yoga class, we embrace a paced approach that emphasizes exploration and understanding of individual postures and transitions. While the tempo may be slower, don’t underestimate the challenge; slow flow does not equal easy. This is an excellent opportunity for beginners looking to elevate their practice, as well as for seasoned practitioners to refine their fundamentals and delve deeper into their yoga journey. Newer students will find that this class builds confidence, while more experienced participants can focus on alignment and mindful movement. Throughout the session, you will gently engage and strengthen your body through fluid transitions and the power of breath. This class invites you to connect more profoundly with yourself, regardless of your level of experience. Everyone is welcome to explore their practice and find new depths in this supportive environment.
