In this 50 minute meditation session, enjoy the gentle guidance of our facilitators, accompanied by the harmonic sound of soothing crystal sound bowls. This practice encourages you to embrace the present moment, observing thoughts harmoniously with the breath, the body, and the gentle sounds that surround you. Our goal is that you leave this session with a distinct glow of calm and confidence that lasts long after you leave the studio. You'll experience deep relaxation and rejuvenation, regardless of experience level or seating position. Floating scarves are available on a first come, first served basis - but don't worry, we have plenty of seating options for any level of comfort and mobility. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early, so you have time to deposit belongings, unwind and select a seat before the studio doors close promptly at the session start time.
