This Thanksgiving morning, we invite you to join us for Gratitude Flow, a 75-minute slow, heart-centered practice to move, breathe, and reflect on all that’s good. We’ll flow gently, pause deeply, and open space for gratitude — not as a list of things, but as a feeling you can carry through the day. After class, stay for a light breakfast and connection — a time to share laughter, warmth, and appreciation with those who make OM feel like home. Begin your Thanksgiving in stillness, gratitude, and connection — because there’s truly no place like OM.

  • Floating Meditation

    Our group classes seamlessly weave sensory experiences with potent techniques to combat stress and elevate mental well-being. In this 50 minute meditation session, enjoy the gentle guidance of our facilitators, accompanied by the harmonic sound of soothing crystal sound bowls. This practice encourages you to embrace the present moment, observing thoughts harmoniously with the breath, the body, and the gentle sounds that surround you. Our goal is that you leave this session with a distinct glow of calm and confidence that lasts long after you leave the studio. You'll experience deep relaxation and rejuvenation, regardless of experience level or seating position. Floating scarves are available on a first come, first served basis - but don't worry, we have plenty of seating options for any level of comfort and mobility. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early, so you have time to deposit belongings, unwind and select a seat before the studio doors close promptly at the session start time.

    The full moon doesn't whisper… it pulls. The Full Moon Yoga Flow is an evening to come home to yourself at a moment of natural fullness and illumination. When the moon is full, energy peaks and emotions rise, inviting awareness, release, and honest reflection. We'll begin with 30 minutes of gentle yoga, moving slowly and intuitively to soften the body, steady the breath, and create space for what is ready to be felt and released. From there, you'll be guided into a 30-minute sound bath, where waves of vibration support deep rest, energetic clearing, and integration. We'll close with journaling, warm tea, and community, offering time to reflect, connect, and be held in shared presence. This is not about fixing or forcing it's about listening, honoring your inner rhythm, and allowing the energy of the full moon to illuminate what no longer needs to be carried.

  • Dreamcatcher Workshop

    Step into the role of Dreamweaver—the one who gathers threads of intention and spins them into something sacred. We’ll begin with a guided meditation, softening into stillness and calling in the energy you most want to embody—peace, clarity, protection, renewal. From that centered space, you will mindfully weave your own dreamcatcher, a timeless symbol of rest and protection, and adorn it with a piece of genuine sea glass, hand-picked by Heather of Sea Glass and Sunsets. Once tossed and tumbled by the waves, each piece has been softened into beauty by the patience of the ocean. Like sea glass, we too are shaped by life’s currents, emerging with resilience, grace, and luminous strength. During our time together, you will begin with meditation to ground your heart and set intentions. From that centered space, you will weave a dreamcatcher infused with your unique energy and vision. Finally, you will adorn your piece with hand-selected sea glass—an emblem of transformation through time and tide. This is more than a workshop. It is a ceremony of creation, reflection, and connection—a chance to weave your intentions into form and carry them home in a piece that is both art and talisman.

  • Shamanic Tiger Qigong Workshop

    Shamanic Tiger Qigong moves beneath language, working through breath, sound, rhythm, and symbolic movement to awaken Qi, the vital life force. Rooted in Taoist and Chinese shamanic traditions, this lineage practice supports the organs, tendons, and meridians, helping release stagnation, improve mobility, regulate the nervous system, and restore a grounded, steady vitality that carries into daily life. This workshop is guided by Master Shifu Orlando Schiaffino, founder of Sadana Center and a Qigong mentor with over 4l years of experience in Buddhist Oigong, Taoist Qigong, Shamanic Wu Emei Qigong, and Taoist Alchemy, this workshop includes Shamanic Tiger movements to embody strength and clarity, Taoist healing sounds for internal organ harmony, rhythmic drumming to awaken vitality, and energetic principles rooted in ancient Chinese shamanism. The practice is embodied felt through breath, movement, and presence offering a clear foundation for those curious about Qigong as a personal and ongoing practice. Where something ancient stirs.
