Next, we'll turn up the heat with NonLinear Movement, guided by Heather, a practitioner trained by Michaela Boehm, creator of this powerful method featured on Netflix's Sex, Love & Goop. This practice helps regulate the nervous system, process and identify emotions, and connect mind and body through movement. It awakens the vital and sensual energy that lives within you. But this is more than just moving your body — it's about releasing emotional tension, tapping into your erotic energy, and embracing the sensations within. You'll move both individually and with your partner in a closed-eye practice, allowing you to fully let go without the pressure of being observed by others. We'll conclude with a soothing integration meditation, where you and your partner will come together in a deep, intimate connection. You'll leave feeling more aligned, with your passion reignited and a stronger bond that will continue to grow long after the workshop ends
