Service Description

Your hips are the powerhouse of your body — and when they're tight, everything feels it. In The Hip Reset, we'll unlock tension, restore mobility, and build strength in one of the most important (and often neglected) areas of the body. Whether you sit at a desk, chase kids, train hard, or simply feel stiff getting out of the car, this workshop is designed to help you move with greater ease and confidence. Through intentional mobility drills, targeted strengthening, breath-led flow, and longer, satisfying stretches, we'll wake up the glutes, release the hip flexors, and create space through the deep stabilizers that support your low back and pelvis. The result? More freedom in your stride, better posture, and that grounded, powerful feeling that starts from your center. Open to both men and women and accessible to all levels, this is your opportunity to reset, rebalance, and leave feeling taller, lighter, and stronger- from the inside out.
